Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to alter or cancel appointments in order to be able to offer other people.

Cancellations or alterations given with less than 24 hours notice may incur the full cost of their appointment, please discuss with individual therapist.

We appreciate that there may be occasions where the above is not possible, in these situations payment is at your therapists discretion.
